Alex was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the fitting process. She was tuned into matching my swing with the right shaft and then the correct club head. I certainly saw very positive results with the equipment recommended by Alex. I was certain that I would probably not get a new putter but after Alex put me through the paces I saw that I needed to get a new one.
Alex was patient, considerate of how I felt, and was fairly low key rather than high pressure.
