I have had several club fittings elsewhere and let me tell you, it was nothing like my experience with Kit at Club Champion in Agoura! He really is a Master Club fitter! He took time to really analyze my swings and which club shaft, head, length, weights and balances were needed for me personally based on my swing. He’s like a golf club psychiatrist or a golf club surgeon 😂 he figures out what is wrong with your current clubs and customizes new ones in a way that gives you greater distance, precision and the correct swing speed, contact and launch that WILL definitely improve your game! I previously had clubs that were “fitted” for me elsewhere (none however, used the types of machines and gadgets Kit uses nor did they have the experience and/or knowledge that Kit has) and as it turns out my clubs where all wrong for me. Kit, through the use of various machines, determined in part that my shafts were too heavy, too short, and my club heads where too lite which was causing me to lift-up and top $@!#% as I couldn’t feel where the club head was in my back swing....the machines he uses weigh and balance to such precision that they are so exact! He has a putting machine that tells you exactly which putter suits you best for your particular swing. It’s awesome. Turns out my putter is the perfect putter for me but was simply too long so he cut it down for me and my putting has already improved greatly. If you’re looking to improve your game distance, speed, consistency with clubs that are specifically designed, piece by piece, to you alone, you have to go to Club Champion in Agoura and see Kit Mungo. Best birthday gift EVER... This will definitely catapult me into the next level of play as I’ve been stagnant for about a year due to my having clubs that really were never right for me so, I have essentially been unable to improve beyond this point.
