I'm a returning customer but haven't been in the store for a few months. But, Julien greeted me by name with smile right off. I knew what I was looking for, the BGT Stability Shaft for my putter, which they had as a demo with their putter selection. I tried that out while Julien finished the fitting he was working on. We got to the order process which was quick and easy. The shaft is quite pricey and the putter has to be sent off for installation. Received follow up email from Julien within a couple hours and from Club Champion Admin the order is being processed. I know from past experience they will keep me informed down the line.
