I made a driver fitting appointment st the Las Vegas fitting center where Julien Munoz Fitted me for a driver.
I loved my Ping G25 driver because of the control it gave me, only thing is the driver was old technology. I had bought 2 off the rack drivers and they were not working as good as my trusty G25 as I was giving up accuracy for distance.
I came in with a certain brand in mind plus another 2 brands ( I will not name them) to try out and see which one one be best for me.
Julien came out with 5 driver heads and several shafts. We hit all the drivers with several different shaft combinations and boy was I surprised as I never even thought that company's driver was best for me.
I ordered my driver there and received it within 4 business days...wow!
It took me a couple rounds and a bucket or so of $@!#% to get used to and now it's just like my old driver was. Total confidence the ball with go where i aim. I also have even a tighter draw that before and the dispersion has also tightened.
I have also increased my driving distance an average of about 20 yards. I will take that any day!
I would tolike to personally thank Julien for all his help in getting me fit properly.
We hit drivers and shafts and Julien showed me on track man what the stats were for all the clubs and shafts and explained in detail why his recommendation was best for me and he was RIGHT
I am returning to get properly fit for a putter.
