I honestly wish that I could leave a better review for this place. As an avid golfer, I have been fit at many different places but I have heard great things about this place and decided to give it a try. My handicap is 12.

I was fitted by Jordan, who was amazing.He was very patient and knowledgeable. He helped me find new sticks to take my game to the next level. The price were higher than other places though. They promoted "small batch" shafts, which is supposed to have tighter tolerance in manufacturing. So for the same shaft with no up charge on other places, you will end up paying $300-400 for the shaft alone and pay for the driver head on top of that. Even the iron shafts, which is usually $15-30 or so up-charge, you end up paying $70 for each.

But given the reputation of the place, and my trust in the fitter, I went ahead and paid for the entire set.

However the trouble started once I receive the new equipment. I did not perform like I expected to at the range after waiting about three weeks to receive my set - driver, hybrid, iron, and wedges. This is despite paying higher prices for the "premium" shafts.

I decided that this was not worth the time or my money anymore and asked for a refund. However they have refused to refund my money even though I returned equipment within the same week.

I really didn't think that I would have such trouble getting a refund from a reputable company like this. All custom clubs are usually returnable within 90 days with all other companies. Jordan has been fighting for me to get the refund, but the manager is refusing.

Their refusal to honor the "satisfaction guarantee" slogan is just disappointing. Take my advice, and don't order any equipment from them. You can get fitted there, but I strongly recommend ordering elsewhere, which will save you money and time.
