I paid for my order on May 11, 2019 & today is June 6th - thats 13 business days without receiving my order. I am very pleased with my fitting procedure by Jordan Zerbini, but not with the untimely completion of my order. Two & one half weeks & still counting is not acceptable!! Because you have my payment, it appears there is zero urgency to complete my order in a timely manner. If I owned Club Champion, I would consider replacing the production manager to attain timely production results. If asked about my experience by potential customers, I will be positive about the fitting, but not about your untimely completion of my order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
