Poor Follow Up
Fitted for putter on April 8. Ordered on the 10th. Arrived eight days later, on the 18th with the wrong shaft - after several emails sent to MGR confirming correct shaft was ordered. Brought back next day, 19th. Told new putter would be "expedited." No word on any updates regarding status, as before. Emailed request for status check on the 29th. Response from MGR "Checking, more to follow." Now the 1st and still no word. When you pay more than $400 for one club (inc. fitting), I was hoping for better service. Seems like once the monies hit the books, no need for additional follow up. Need better organizational communication system (follow through.) Loved the product, just not the execution after the fact.
