I have used Ultra Air Heating & Cooling in the past. I called them out this time because I thought I needed my flame rod replaced on my furnace. It is the part that strikes to light the furnace and it was not working for me. I had to have a friend come out and show me how to bypass that so I could get it to work. When the technician arrived he let me know right away that it did not need to be replaced and a simple cleaning would take care of the issue. He cleaned it well and had it back to functioning perfectly! He was on time, friendly and very personable and super quick with his diagnosis! I am very happy that it is back to working properly and I did not have to have the part replaced!
