Keith,Tom and Troy was great. I was upset that my furnace heat exchanger was cracked because I thought it would last longer than 10 years but I guess that's the way things are made now. Anyway Keith made it as easy and quick to get a new furnace put in. I called him Sunday night and made an appointment for them to come and diagnose the problem and Tom showed up the next morning right on time. After looking at it and talking with Keith and Cecil they determined that the heat exchanger must be cracked and recommended that I spend a couple hundred bucks extra to get a new furnace. I really didn't have the money so Keith helped me with financing through the company that they use on their website. Needless to say but Keith made this whole thing easy and fast. I had my new furnace running by 2pm Tuesday and my home back to normal. All of that in less than 24 hours in the middle of winter.
