Alex Praeger, my fitter, was knowledgeable, personable, and honest. He explained every step of the process, and answered my questions. He recommended club changes where necessary, but advised me to stick with many of the clubs already in my bag. There were no high pressure sales tactics. I really enjoyed the experience.
