My son moved out of a house, and he had dogs, and so the carpets really needed cleaning. I called Great American Carpet and Stone Care and they came out to clean them. The gentleman worked very hard to get the stains out, and when he finished the carpets looked great. However, two of the stains later came back. It was not his fault. He can't clean the floor under the carpet and the padding. There was just something under the pad that seeped back up, so I imagine the padding will have to be replaced. When it is, I will be calling them back out, because they do great work.
