I have used Great American Carpet and Stone Care for over 14 years. They clean my carpets, and my tile and grout, and also clean area rugs for me. Their personnel are great. I feel very comfortable around them, and they really work hard to do a good job. I have pets in the house, so they have been great about responding to what needs to be done there. Because that is always a problem. But they take good care of me, and I am a very satisfied customer! Overall, they just do excellent work!
