I've been using Great American Carpet and Stone Care for so long, I remember when they had a different name! I just love Richard. He has taken great care of my carpet for at least five years. They all do a great job. I had a recurring problem with cat pee and Leo would come by frequently. He is here so often, he comes in, knows what I wanted to be cleaned, and then does it without any instructions from me. If I want another part of the house done, Leo will do it. They are scheduled to be here today and I can't wait to see my favorite carpet cleaners. The girls in the office are fantastic also! Five stars for everything these people do. I just love Great American Carpet and Stone Care (even though I still call them by their old name)!
