From scheduling with Peggy to having Scott come on site, my experience with Brothers was great. I got an appointment quickly and at a time that worked for my schedule, and Scott was professional, quick and made me comfortable with the the entire process. The best part of Brothers, though, is that every person I have interacted with has been so very nice. It gives me confidence to see a business take customer service to heart the way they do.
