Overall I had a very positive experience with Brothers Carpet Cleaning Inc and it was very easy to get our carpets cleaned with them. They clearly explained their process over the phone in terms that we could understand and then we set up a time for them to come by. The carpet was cleaned perfectly and surpassed our standards.
