This was my first time using Brothers Carpet Cleaning, Inc. I hired them to shampoo all the carpets in my home, upstairs and downstairs. They first come in and give you a bid on what the cost would be. It was quit a lot of work. The carpet cleaner showed up on time, they did their work quietly. The price was good and I was very happy with the ease of the whole ordeal. The carpets turned out great and I am very pleased with the whole experience!
