I contacted Pride Plumbing to move emergency shut off valve for new gas oven. The experience was great from the start. The scheduler who answered the phone was polite and answered my questions; when she didn't have the answer she called me back. I was able to schedule my appointment in a timely manner. David V who performed the service, called to let me know he would be arriving in about 20 minutes and he was on time. He was pleasant and explained the service, cost and time frame of repair. When he ran into an unexpected repair he fixed it promptly. He provided information on where to obtain a discount for the visit then applied it to the service call. Very pleased with Pride Plumbing for this service and the service they performed over the years.
