David and James H. were methodical and efficient in diagnosing the problem with my leaking shower. While another plumber from another company threw his arms up and left without figuring out why my shower was leaking down through the kitchen ceiling, this Pride team was very analytical and determined it was the cartridge in the faucet. They overcame the challenge of getting the very old cartridge out of the faucet, put in a replacement cartridge that then proved to be defective, and then persevered by going back to the shop to get another cartridge. Once that cartridge was inserted, all problems were resolved!!! I greatly appreciated their skill and perseverence in figuring out it was the cartridge and then that the first replacement cartridge was defective, and recommend them highly. Pride should have been my first call and will be in the future.
