The name says it all. This is the second job done at my home by Pride Plumbing.

First I have to commend the owner for his hiring process. Each staff member gives great customer service. They make you feel like you are their only customer. They answer all your questions and give you their full attention while there. They are all very polite. They would make any mother proud to call them their son or daughter.

I recently had Nick install a hot water heater. He did a great job. He gave me enough notice of his time of arrival so I could leave work and get home for him to do the job. (The company accommodated me with the last appointment so I didn't have to take the whole day off). He explained what he would be doing and then he did it. He did the job in a timely and efficient manor. Cleaned up after himself then showed me what he did and answered all my questions. He was kind and informative without making me feel like he needed to run out the door to get to his next job.
