All aspects of interaction with Pride Plumbing was (and has been) excellent. From the call for service to the same day scheduling, I was very satisfied. Ethan was prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. Of course there is a bit of "price shock" for a relatively short period of work time. Ethan was good about presenting a service plan as a way to extract more value.

Based on the pricing experienced, I will feel compelled to get a few quotes on larger future jobs. However, I would choose Pride if the quotes were close in price. Thank you. Greg Marshall
