In summary, we are very happy that we contacted Pride for this repair. The service was excellent from beginning to end. The telephone operator was professional and courteous. We didn't expect same-day service but surely appreciated it. Our technician, James, was outstanding. We were 'at his mercy', since I know very little about plumbing. James was straight up from the start and didn't try to oversell us. He did a lot of research with his warehouse people about colors, which proved to be unnecessary in the end, but never expressed any feeling that it was a major time waste or a burden. When he left everything was working like new, and the area was $@!#% and span. We felt that the charges were reasonable for the job.
