I wanted to give a shout out to your Senior Plumber; David. He explained what the issue was; gave me options as to how the problem can be addressed, voiced his welcomed suggestions and in the long run I was able to make an educated decision.
He was super personable and did not seem to be put off by our conversations. I did not feel that this job was rushed; which is always comforting concerning any type of ‘plumbing’.
David is the face of Pride Plumbing and should be commended for his work ethic.
