Water Heater Issue

Brandin was prompt and knowledgeable. He wasn't able to resolve my issue, but he clearly explained what the problem was, why it wasn't in my best interest to have Pride solve this issue (unsupported brand and higher cost/difficulty of sourcing parts), and offered recommended paths forward (even if it meant calling another plumber).
