I had a major plumbing issue that I was unaware of because my house is on a concrete slab and the plumbing is in the slab. After having Pride come out for a clogged drain a few months earlier it was suspected that I had a major issue. Sam V and Jamiee F came out to investigate and had to dig up my floor in the laundry/utility room to access the drain lines. At that time, it was discovered just how bad it was and that a lot of the plumbing needed to be replaced. They kept me informed throughout the process and replaced everything to ensure I wouldn't have any problems in the future. In addition to Sam and Jamiee, who were here the majority of the time, Nick and Zac also assisted. Everyone was friendly and professional the entire time they were here. Each day before leaving, they made sure they picked up and that things were working as well as it could be. The repair work took 4 days and they made it as easy on me as possible. I was also pleasantly surprised to find out that they would be back the following week to hook my washer, dryer and laundry sink back up. Thank you Sam and Jamiee for all your hard work!
