I just had a new gas line installed and realized after the fact that the connection was preventing my stove to be pushed back all the way. I called Pride to come and take a look to see what they could do and a day later Steve Clark was out to see what the situation was. He kindly explained my options and what would need to be done. Since I have a service contract with them I didn't have to pay for that visit! He ended up doing the work to make it happen and I couldn't be happier. He was professional, thorough and super personable! The people that answered the phone and booked the appointment were very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend them!
