This is my second time using Pride Plumbing for a major plumbing project. I had discovered a leak from our water heater and called them to come check it out. We bought this house a few months ago and the water heater was only 2 years old. Pride plumbing discovered our water heater was installed improperly and not up to code and it was emitting small amount of carbon monoxide. So, we had to get it replaced, thankful it was leaking. The leak wasn't even the big problem. Nick A. was extremely helpful and professional. He came out the next morning and installed a new water. I hope to have no need to use Pride plumbing, but it's great to know that in the Rochester area, I can call a great company that can come right away to help.
