Steve Clark did an excellent job. He is professional, knowledgeable and very conscientious. He replaced a 35 year old cartridge in my shower and had a special tool to remove the old one without doing any damage. Also had the replacement part on the truck. Then he changed out my basement faucet, also 35years old with copper pipes and no flex hoses. He also had a replacement faucet on the truck. He did not get frustrated at all and this faucet replacement was a difficult job and no room to work. After he was done he went back under to sure there were no leaks anywhere. He even tightened the packing on both shut off valves, which have not been used in 35 years. I would recommend Steve to anyone.
