My experience with Eddie exceeded my expectations. He was informative - explained in understandable terms what was going to be done and why. He was considerate - wore Covid mask and shoe coverings. He was helpful - did more than just what was necessary. He was professional - had the right tools and knew how to use them. And to top it all off, Eddie was personable and friendly. Couldn't ask for more.
