I had used Pride recently for another issue and was impressed, so when I decided to get a new sink/faucet installed, I knew who to call. David came out and looked at what I had and was up front with me that what I wanted could be done, but that the job would be difficult. Not only was I needing a complete reconfiguration, the existing garbage disposal wouldnt fit with the new sink, and the old sink was improperly adhered to my counter in a way that it might damage the counter to remove it. Luckily the disposal was old and I felt the price of a new, slimmer model that they had on the truck was fair. As the project proceeded, a few snags were encountered and David enlisted the help of Scott and Eddie to get the job done. I was impressed by the “where theres a will theres a way” attitude. When an issue arose instead of seeming stressed, they stopped what they were doing and brainstormed a solution. They were able to get the old sink out with very minimal damage to my counter (and the new sink covered the area, so no worries!) which was very impressive. They said it was one of the hardest sink removals ever and I could tell based on how long it took that this was true and that they were doing everything humanely possible to remove it without damaging anything. The installation turned into a two day project to get the whole thing complete- they took the time to do it right and did not just try to rush through and move on to the next job. All 3 men were very friendly to myself and my family, especially David (who spent the most time on the project) and Eddie (whom we met before and my son really seems to like). Not only do these people know their profession well, they are also really good people! With my kids underfoot and myself being very obviously pregnant the topic of families naturally came up and I felt I actually got to know these gentlemen to some extent, and I really trusted their advice and recommendations. If I was impressed based on my first experience with Pride, I am definitely a lifelong customer now! I love my new sink, its my favorite part of our updated kitchen, and it was so worth it in the end.
