We had a rather difficult plumbing problem - the pipes in the wall for our pedestal bathroom sink were leaking through the floor and onto the basement floor below. The leaky pipe was buried behind old fashioned bathroom tile that was mounted in an inch deep of cement. It was hard to get to, just to identify the source of the problem, much less repair it.
Sam V. came out and was able to pinpoint the problem and had
a strategy for solving the problem. He opened a plaster wall in the adjoining bedroom, repaired the leaky pipe and installed an access panel to make future repairs easy.
