We lost our hot water heater Thursday evening which created a bit of a dilemma. After about an hour on the phone Pride was the only company who could come out Friday. They arrived at the house and within a couple of hours removed the old heater and installed a new 'tankless' heater. Keith and Ed were efficient, courteous and professional. I will use them again.
This includes the young lady who took my call and scheduled the repair.
