Ken was on time and called before departing the shop to let me know he was on his way. Ken was very nice to talk to and used booties and drop cloths to keep my house clean. The price estimate was clear with no hidden costs, however it was higher than I thought it would be. I hired Ken to do the work and everything was done to my satisfaction and it only took a couple of hours to complete without the need to go out for parts. Ken was nice enough to suggest a hose that I could buy on Amazon since it wasn't something that he would have in his truck. While I liked working with Ken at Pride Plumbing, I may look for a more affordable option in the future for small jobs. I would trust them with a large plumbing job or emergency service in the future.
