I would have given 5 stars total except on one day I called for someone to come in and find a leak in the water system. The technician said he could not find one and I was charged for the call. I knew there was a leak somewhere and implementing logic I was able to locate the leak myself. I then called to have the leak repaired. Ken, the technician stayed on task and did an excellent job.
