We experienced a flood in our basement on a Sunday while entertaining guests. It turned out to be a blockage in the sewer line. We called Pride and Ken came to the rescue. He quickly diagnosed the problem and unclogged the pipe so the party could continue. He came back a coupled pf days later to finish the job and install a new sump pump. He was very professional and thorough. WE couldn't be happier with his service.
