I am very happy with the service and product from Pride Plumbing. Ken showed up with a big smile, very friendly and while doing install it was clear he liked to engage with the customer. Sharing details of the install, etc. It was evident he is a happy Pride Service Tech. Looking closely at the install afterwards.......... its a top notch job he did for us. Thanks Ken.
However, I was taken aback with the $$ i paid for new water supply cut off valve. It needed replacing. I have never heard of paying over $200 for simple, common cut off valve. Disappointed about this.
