I discovered my hot water tank leaking at 3 a m. I called Pride and spoke with Ross at 6:30 a m. Service tech Steve was at my house by 7:15 a m. He installed a new tank (which he had on his truck). The job was completed by 8:45. I had hot water by 9:30. AMAZING! It cost about $1000.00. I don't know if that's a good price as I did not shop around. I also received two $25.00 coupons for being a senior.
