I called Pride because sewage was coming up the basement shower drain anytime anyone used any water. Sam was amazing. He was on time, courteous, and professional. He explained exactly what was needed and why. My main sewage line was plugged up. It wasn't cheap but it was a fair price and I wanted a real fix and not a patch job that would need repeating constantly. Sam was very thorough and showed me with that fancy snake cam that the job was done properly and well. He kept me well informed throughout the process and I feel very confidant that it was done right. I will absolutely be calling them for any plumbing needs in the future.
