Second time using ETW yesterday (previous was in 2012). They did four jobs during the day: windsailing a 150ft cedar, dropping a cedar right next to our neighbors house, topping and shaping 5 Leyland Cypress trees, and removing a very large, 4-trunk willow tree that was slowly falling over.

The arborist who came to do the estimate was punctual, knowledgeable, and gave us good advice (against doing some other work we thought necessary). He gave us several options for what we wanted at good prices.

Communication with ETW was great - they do email and respond quickly - which is rare when dealing with contractors.

The 3-man crew who came out yesterday to do the work were polite and professional, did all the work as contracted, and discussed details without being condescending. They cleaned up all debris and even swept the existing leaves and needles off our side driveway (thanks!).

Very impressed with ETW and I will use them again whenever I need tree work doing.
