This was my first experience with Ten Day Kitchen Solutions. I saw them advertised on TV, so I gave them a call. I was thinking about just piecemealing out the work, but honestly, I just did not want to go through all that. I just wanted to get the whole job done at one time, and then be through with it.

I went to their store, and right away I discovered how completely willing they were to work with me. None of the items in their display was really what I wanted, so one of their employees, Bill Kyer, sat down with me at a computer and we went searching for exactly what I wanted. And, we found it!

I chose to have them do everything, the whole ball of wax, except for new floors and new appliances. They were so very careful to keep everything clean and protected! They put down tape and visqueen plastic to protect my floors. They were so detail oriented, that they even protected the stairway down to the first floor. Initially, I picked out a faucet for the sink, and after it was in, I discovered that I had made a horrible choice. Well, Ten Day Kitchen Solutions came out and replaced that faucet with one that better fit in with the kitchen. And, they came back again to fix a little leak that I had.

All the tradesmen who came out, were very timely, and courteous. Bill Kyer, in particular, was simply outstanding, and I want give him kudos for the kind and patient way that he helped me throughout the entire process.

I have to say that the service and the personal touch provided by Ten Day Kitchen Solutions was simply OUTSTANDING!
