$250 for subpar service. We hired them for a move-out clean and they did a horrible job. The pictures should speak for themselves. We will be disputing the charge with USAA.
It looks like the employees took a break at this apartment and maybe vacuumed the carpets but left everything else, then proceeded to charge us for the full service, even after we brought up all the issues. The apartment management still had to charge us for a move-out clean.
