Concours Elite is a wonderful auto repair shop. Although it took a little while for me to get in for an appointment, they are slammed on a daily basis, I wasn't deterred from doing business with them.

The people there are so courteous, it's almost unbelievable. I turned my car in to the owner, Bob. Bob was really nice and down-to-earth. However, I mostly worked with Steve. He was wonderful. He took the time to explain each step to me as we went through the process and called me with important updates.

This entire process was super easy and ended with great results. It could have been a nightmare and very frustrating, instead, they've got themselves a new customer for life!
