Everything about my experience with Next Day Dumpsters was awesome. We rented a large dumpster for 14 days and they went over the contract with us beforehand, which was huge. I've rented dumpsters from other companies and they don't mention certain things so you're left paying the extra fees. With Next Day Dumpsters, they told me what I could and could not throw in the dumpster so we wouldn't get charged extra and I really appreciated that.
Ms. Harris, whom I spoke with over the phone, was amazing. I called her one afternoon and she called me back right away and was very pleasant and professional. The guy who picked up the dumpster was also amazing. We couldn't get to the gate on time and he waited for us with a smile and that's the type of customer service I like to receive. He was very patient and went above and beyond and I will use this company again and recommend them to others. It couldn't have been a better experience.
