I really had a great experience with Next Day Dumpsters and I wish I could have a dumpster all the time.
Basically, I just had a really positive experience from the very first phone call with everyone being very helpful and knowledgeable. It took us some time to figure out what we wanted but the moment we were ready it was like boom! Done.
I spoke to somebody who was incredibly helpful because we didn't quite know what size dumpster we would need and she explained all the options and made suggestions and at the end, it was exactly what we needed. There was a little glitch with a neighbors yelling at them when they delivered the dumpster that I don't want to include in the review because this was not at all a negative experience, but I would say to the company that I'm sure that's not the first time that such a thing has happened and as long as the placement of the dumpster is in our property line, the neighbors don't have a right to say where the dumpster needs to go.
When we were ready to return the dumpster, they came the very next day and the only thing that occurred to me is that I never got a final bill. I assume that it's the agreed on price but maybe they should send out a final bill. Other than that, I was 1000% satisfied and I feel like I see their company everywhere now that I've used them! I am very happy, they are a great company to work with and I wish I could have a dumpster forever.
I would absolutely recommend this company to anybody.
