Technician Eddie showed up on time and checked our two heat pumps as well as the entire heating/cooling system. He noted some possible issues with our exchanger coils and recommended possible replacement. He consulted with his lead technician as well as York and we are now having our coils replaced. All parties did an excellent job in keeping us informed and scheduling further action. Great job by ALL!
