These folks are my new go to when it comes to HVAC for my home in CG. Each time I call their office, I am treated like a person and not just another work order. I had Mid State out last Fall and Mckinley was scheduled to troubleshoot a heating issue. He solved that issue efficiently. Yesterday another technician arrived at my home to perform a requested PM. Joseph stated he was a new hire and had been with the company just a few months. He stated he wished he would have found this company sooner. He really enjoys working with these folks. Joseph is very knowledgeable and I feel confident in his performance and our HVAC system is cleaned and tuned up and ready for another summer in the Arizona heat. Don't take my word for the quality of their service. Give them a try if you haven't already. I believe you will be a happy customer just like I am.
