I went to Chem-Dry of Seattle when I realized there was a dog smell inhabiting two rooms of my house. Unfortunately, after calling them, the smell is gone in one room but remains in another. I haven't gotten around to calling them just yet to come back but I hope that if they do, they will be able to remove the smell. Aside from that, I did like them. They were able to come to my house while I wasn't there, and the prices were competitive in comparison to replacing the carpets.
