The guy from Chem-Dry of Seattle was very cheerful, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. My carpet is old and he couldn't get all the stains out but he did his best. He even gave me suggestions on other areas that could be treated, like my furniture, etc. He's a pretty good guy, and a good worker.
