Don showed up and asked how we wanted to pay, so we had to call the home office to see what the confusion was. They ended up giving us a good price that was comparable with the voucher we had.

He cleaned the carpets through the whole house very thoroughly, and he actually covered more square footage than we thought he would. He was very courteous, and he was on time. He was done by the time he said he would be, and the carpets look great! He explained what we would be getting without delivering a high-pressure sale, which was really nice.
