I am a first time user. It took the installers all day long to install an extra large pool cover with a bench. The installers were wonderful people.
I asked for information about how often I needed to stain the bench, and I was given the color, but it wasn't really the right color, so it was a little disappointing, but not major.
We had a rip in the pool and that was fixed. They wanted to charge me for it and I spoke with them about it; they relinquished the charge, which I was very grateful for.
Overall, the technician was lovely and did a very nice job. I would recommend them. There isn't very much competition, unfortunately, so it was hard to get a real handle on the market.
