We have used Pool Covers, Inc. for many, many years. The people who first built our pool recommended them to us. Since that time, they have had to change up the cover once, when we modified our pool. Most recently, the mechanism that automatically opens the pool jammed, or broke or something. I kind of panicked. This was on a Sunday, and my grandchildren were coming in from out of town. Pool Covers, Inc. had a person out here the next day, and he was so nice. He manually opened the cover, and he let me video record him so that my husband would know how to do it should that ever happen again. I really appreciated that!
